The dog key is used only to gain the funny ending, so if you are going to use it but do NOT wish to end your game with it, please remember to save before hand.

It is located in the small yard next to Jacks Inn, along Nathan Avenue. There should be a dog house there, and if you check it, it will be inside.

You use it once you have watched the video tape of Mary in room 312. Go next door to the observatory and use it there.
